You may feel anxious, depressed, stressed, like you don’t measure up, or stuck and are hoping to find a compassionate listener. Perhaps you’re dealing with big life transitions, issues between you and your partner(s), marginalization, interpersonal conflict, finding your purpose, negative experiences with religion, or competing priorities. Bringing any of this to therapy can be scary. There is profound healing power in being courageous, listened to, validated, and encouraged.

The bedrock of effective therapy is the relationship we cultivate. Getting to know the real you is important to me! I am drawn to positive, anti-oppressive, relational approaches that help you safely express yourself and your problems, and that lead to sustainable and meaningful healing and change.
